The service
Marsad is a service that tracks Apple App Store and Google Play data and combines it with sales and subscription data from the store accounts you connect. It is provided by Marsad.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins manage members. All members can view billing, except while a workspace deletion is pending, but managing billing (checkout, plan changes and the billing portal) and workspace deletion are owner-only. Keep your sign-in email address secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell collected data in bulk.
- Do not abuse integrations, the API or MCP access.
- Only provide credentials that you are authorised to use, and keep them authorised.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Polar. New users get a 14-day Optimize trial with no card, then move to Free. You can cancel through the Polar customer portal from the billing page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Data accuracy
Public store data can be delayed or incomplete. Data is collected daily for 11 countries. Hourly ranks are not available, and Marsad does not estimate downloads or revenue.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of availability.
Termination and deletion
You can stop using Marsad at any time. Owners can delete a workspace, which is permanently deleted after 30 days unless the request is undone. To have your account deleted, email us: we first delete the workspaces you solely own, following the same 30-day process (a workspace with child workspaces can be deleted only after its child workspaces are deleted), and then remove the account. Activity log entries about your account are kept for up to 365 days. See the privacy page for what is deleted and what is retained.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
